Dear Harmonic customers,

Harmonic Hub has re-scheduled the maintenance on Support Conversation at the following time:

Saturday, October 9th, noon - 5 pm PDT (UTC - 7)

During the maintenance window, users will experience the following impacts:

1. Slack communication will not be available.
2. All connected Slack clients (web/mobile/desktop app) will be logged out. Re-login will be required after maintenance.

If you need technical support from Harmonic during the maintenance window, you can still create support conversation following the existing path. However, we will reply in email instead of Slack.
After maintenance ends:

1. Please re-login back to Slack with your favourite Slack client
2. Users without access Slack before will receive a welcome email, no action is needed if the user does not require Slack access
